Aug. 29th: Shippensburg Corn Festival Guild will demonstrate. Details to follow. Sept. 12-13: Endless Mountain Fiber Festival Sept. 18th & 19th: Knitters' Day Out Sept. 19th: Worldwide Spin in Public Day Sept. 19th: Meeting to be held at the home of Candy Knerr - 10:00 AM. Sept. 26th & 27th: Shenandoah Fiber Festival in Berryville, VA. Oct. 17th & 18th: NY Sheep & Wool Festival Oct. 17th: Meeting at the Shippensburg Library Annex - 10:00 AM. "How to Change Knitting Patterns" Nov. 21st: Meeting at the Shippensburg Library Annex - 10:00 AM. Show and tell your fabulous finds from the New York Sheep & Wool Festival. Bring your wheel or current fiber project and enjoy time with your fiber friends. Dec. 12th: Annual Christmas Luncheon Jan. 16th, 2016: Meeting at the Shippensburg Library Annex - 10:00 AM Planning for the 2016 calendar year.
Jan. 7th: Roc Day Roc Day is the day on which spinners in medieval Europe traditionally commemorated their return to their labors after the Christmas holiday.

Jan. 10th-17th: PA FARM SHOW "SHEEP TO SHAWL" competition - Wednesday, Jan. 14th, 3:00 pm Jan. 17th: 2015 Kick-Off Meeting at the Shippensburg Library Annex. We will be planning our meetings for 2015, so come with your suggestions. Dues of $12 due. Feb. 21st: Meeting at the Shippensburg Library Annex - 10:00 AM. Tatting II with Rebecca Feb. 28th: Keystone Lace Guild's "Gathering of the Guilds" South Cumberland Fiber Guild members will be demonstrating and displaying items that showcase the many fiber crafts our Guild members enjoy. Contact Dottie Kurtz for further information. Mar. 21st: Meeting at the Shippensburg Library Annex - 10:00 AM. Mindy will be teaching rug hooking. Join us and learn a new craft. Apr. 18th: CHANGE: Guild meeting will now be held at the Shippensburg Library Annex - 10:00 AM. Dottie will demonstrate how to steek a sweater. Japanese Paper Painting will now be held May 16th. May 2nd & 3rd: MD Sheep & Wool Festival May 16th: Meeting at the Shippensburg Library Annex - 10:00 AM. Caroline will teach how to make wool punis. Click here for materials list. The idea behind this is to let the world know that knitting is still alive and popular! June 27th: NOTE: this is the LAST Saturday of the month instead of our usual third Saturday meeting day. Dye Day at the home of Paula Marshall, 9:00 am. For details, click here. July 11th: Newburg Rural Life Festival - 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Set-up BEFORE 9:00 AM. RAIN or SHINE! Guild members will demonstrate various fiber arts. Festival will provide Guild members with meal tickets. Remember to bring your own chair. Aug. 1st: The Mannings Annual Knit-In - 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
